No person shall ever suffer in silence due to fear of harm or retaliation. It’s illegal to abuse children. Most children do not know this and depend on their guardians for food, clothing and shelter and vary rarely speak up. We as a society must do better on educating our youth on the signs of abuse and what resources are available to them. Ultimately by doing so, it could save a life.
